Chelsea Heights is a 78-unit condominium complex being built by Prium Homes at 6th & J Streets in Tacoma. The nautical-themed brick and stucco building near MultiCare Medical Center and Wright Park will feature 88,000 square feet of residential living, 20,000 square feet of commercial space, 56,000 square feet of gated parking and a 5,000 square foot plaza.
